Terms and Conditions

The client MUST make sure that fresh flowers are shipped by a reliable service using overnight or 2-day shipping within 48 hours of the event and that any pre-dried flowers have been dried properly as to prevent wilting and rotting.  Proper drying is especially important as we do not open pre-dried flower containers until we are ready to design.  All flowers must be packed securely to avoid shipping damage.  Shipping instructions will be sent via email 2 months prior to your wedding.  Nancy Dunson Designs can only preserve flowers that are still fresh or properly dried when they reach us.
